*Terms and Conditions for Extra House Cleaning Services

• Pricing and Scheduling

Extra services will take place during one of your regularly scheduled cleaning appointments, other than permitted exceptions. Office personnel will always call to confirm a date before scheduling. The extra service(s) will then be added to the same invoice as your scheduled cleaning. Our variety of services make it hard to have a one price fits all model. As such, each service will be priced upon request and will be customizable to fit your needs and budget. All prices will be agreed upon before the start of the job. Timelines for completion of service(s) will be communicated before the start date and will be considered agreed upon by the client once the job has started. Guarantee Maid Services is not required to perform more than the requested service(s) during the scheduled visit. If you wish to add on more services, please call the office to book a date and time for the new and additional service(s).

• Additional and Replacement Items

Jobs that require more than the already supplied cleaning products, i.e., light bulbs, trash bags, batteries, air freshener, specialty cleaning products, etc., must be provided by the client. If Guarantee Maid Services must provide these items, the cost of the item(s) plus any taxes will be included in the final charge. These items will not be replaced by Guarantee Maid Services when their lifespan has ended. All uncertainty around which products are provided must be resolved before the start of service or “delay of start” fees will incur.

• Right to Change or Withhold Services

Guarantee Maid Services reserves the right to refuse or alter service(s) based on the home or area’s condition. Upon arrival if the cleaner notices any harmful materials/substances, i.e., mold, sharp edges, food decomposition, etc., they will immediately notify our home office for further instruction. In the same respect, if an area or home is in worse condition than originally described, the cleaner can request more time to complete the job at the client’s expense. Note, no added charges, time, or duties will be added without getting approval first.

• Delinquent Payments

Guarantee Maid Services reserves the right to deny services to any client who has an outstanding balance with the company.
