Health & Equipment

Before starting any service, we review the Family Wellness Profile to ensure we’re aware of any allergies, sensitivities, or special room instructions. We only use the client’s approved product basket, prioritizing non-toxic, kid- and pet-conscious, and fragrance-aware solutions.

Use the client’s approved product basket only (non‑toxic, kid‑ & pet‑conscious, fragrance‑aware)
Use the client’s vacuum where requested to prevent cross‑contamination and keep dust/allergens in your equipment.
Keep tools/products together and tidy during the visit.
If anything seems off (unusual residue, strong odor, reaction risk), notify the office/client before changing any product or protocol.

Room‑by‑Room Standards for Wellness-First Households

Kitchen Cleaning Protocol – What “Done” Looks Like

Upper and lower cabinet fronts wiped and fingerprint‑free
Countertops cleaned and buffed (with approved products), including under small appliances
Backsplash wiped and free of splatters
Microwave cleaned inside and out (plate, corners, and door)
Stove top and oven door cleaned and streak‑free

Refrigerator front, sides, and top wiped and free of visible smudges
Sink basin scrubbed clean; faucet and handles wiped and shined
Window sill and ledge wiped and dust‑free
All kitchen glass surfaces wiped and streak‑free
Shelving, décor, and knick‑knacks lifted, wiped, and put back in place

All surfaces are cleaned with approved, wellness‑aligned products that match the Family Wellness Profile.

Bathroom Cleaning Protocol – What “Done” Looks Like

Sink basin cleaned smooth with no toothpaste or soap residue
Faucet and handles polished and sparkly
Shower walls and grout cleaned so they feel smooth to the touch
Tub sides, floor, and surround walls cleaned
Soap dishes, shelves, and bottles lifted, wiped, and put back
Shower door cleaned and streak‑free; tracks wiped free of buildup
Toilet bowl cleaned, including under the rim

Toilet seat, lid, top, sides, base, feet, and bolts wiped clean
Mirrors cleaned and streak‑free
Medicine cabinet front detailed‑cleaned; fingerprints removed
Shelving and cabinetry fronts wiped and dust‑free
Floor swept/vacuumed and mopped, with corners and edges cleaned
Baseboards in the bathroom wiped clean
Light fixtures and bulbs dusted where safely reachable
Trash can emptied and relined; throw rugs vacuumed or shaken and returned

Bathroom fixtures are cleaned and disinfected with products aligned to family sensitivities and wellness priorities

Floors & General Areas – What “Done” Looks Like

Accessible surfaces cleaned (tables, dressers, shelves, TV stands, etc.)
Décor and picture frames cleaned where safely reachable
High‑touch points cleaned where included in your scope (handles, switches, railings)
Carpets and rugs vacuumed (using client’s vacuum where noted in Wellness Profile)
Hard floors swept and mopped

Floor edges and visible corners cleaned, not just traffic lanes
Small, movable items shifted as needed for a proper clean (within safety and scope)
Trash removed and cans relined in covered areas
Visible surfaces lightly tidied within reason (blankets folded, pillows fluffed, items straightened)
Entry and main traffic areas swept/vacuumed and mopped
Light cleaning of accessible baseboards in these areas

Extra attention is given to dust, dander, and high‑traffic zones to support better air quality and comfort.

Dry Work & Surfaces – What “Done” Looks Like

Furniture surfaces cleaned (tables, dressers, nightstands, TV stands, shelves)
Décor and knick‑knacks lifted, cleaned, and returned to place
Picture frames and wall art lightly cleaned where safely reachable
Window sills and ledges are cleaned and detailed‑cleaned
Lamp bases and accessible shades cleaned
Blinds and reachable slats cleaned (within safe height and scope)
Door fronts and handles cleaned to remove fingerprints where included in your scope

Light switches and nearby wall spots cleaned where visibly marked
Railings and banisters cleaned
Beds made; pillows fluffed and arranged neatly (linen changes added if included in your service)
Throw blankets folded and straightened
Sofa and chair cushions straightened; visible crumbs or debris removed from surfaces (deep upholstery cleaning handled separately)
Visible clutter lightly straightened within reason on open surfaces
Items returned to their obvious “home” after cleaning (no random rearranging)

Dry work focuses on finishing touches, making a room appear complete and welcoming. This includes removing dust, resetting surfaces, and ensuring the space looks prepared for use rather than hastily cleaned. All products used must align with the family’s wellness standards.
